陈清泰，男，汉族，河南遂平人，出生于1983年2月，毕业于中国石油大学（华东）化学工程与技术专业，获工学博士学位。2019年8月进入黄淮学院工作。

主要从事生物活性组分提取及生物质加氢液化方面的研究工作，参与国家自然科学基金项目2项，发表SCI论文3篇，中文核心论文1篇。
